Day 2 of Wholly Rollers’ Valley Food Truck Fest started early and it the clouds said it’s going to be a good day ( haha! at least to me it did).
We got there early so I can nab a street parking spot. When I got there a wide smile spread across my face as I saw that they doubled even tripled the seating to accommodate the anticipated number of people that’s about to descend.
Flyers were on display on the table, a nice touch I would say as it can serve as souvenir and/or a FYI kind of thing. Nice to keep handy for those questions from friends.
Following pics are of food trucks participating in the second day of the event.
First family stop was FISHLIPS SUSHI (click here for a previous post) for some really really awesome truly crunchy CRUNCH HAND ROLL…
The Salmon Skin Hand Roll was so delicious…
Now we have Bionicos from Mambo Juice truck which has bananas, cantaloupe, strawberries, sliced almonds, granola and raisins drizzled with condensed milk (sweet thick milk).
For our last snack before we hit the road…. we munched on Ahn-Joo‘s Robata Skewer

Ahn-Joo's Robata Skewer made with bacon wrapped rice cylinder with jalapeno ponzu dipping sauce
Looking at these pictures again makes me want to go to another VFTF (Valley Food Truck Fest). Unfortunately, I couldn’t go the third and last day as I have to be at a fundraiser. But….. guess what???? There will be another VFTF on November 12, 13 & 14. Check out their website www.whollyrollersevents.com for more info.
